Acceptable stay with cleaning issues
dirty pillows cockroach on the bed
The location near the train station was convenient for getting around. The drinks at the bar were inexpensive.
The room cleanliness was a real PROBLEM. I found stained and dirty pillows in the closet (one even had a bug on it). I requested clean pillows, but they were not delivered to the room. Eventually, I had to carry the pillows myself from reception. To make matters WORSE, I found a cockroach on the bed the next day. (This ruined my stay.)

useful utensils easy commute free hot chocolate
The room had a microwave , utensils , a stove , and a dishwasher , very useful. The location near the Siemenswerke station made commuting easy , a big plus. Free coffee and hot chocolate were available every day , a nice touch.
The walls felt quite thin , so I could hear noises from other rooms.

Efficient Stay Close to Transport
quiet area convenient location complimentary coffee
I found the location quite convenient for getting around (especially to the city center). The hotel is situated in a quiet area. I thought the complimentary coffee in the lounge was a nice touch. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

Fantastic Stay!
great service comfortable bed close train
Augusto gave super service! When a light was out behind the bed, he changed our room immediately, and we had a balcony. The bathroom looked super clean! I liked the comfortable bed. The train was also close.
I noticed some expensive parking! though the location was perfect.

The hotel provided modern facilities! I used the on-site laundry room and the fitness center. Each space was really well maintained. I found all equipment was in good condition and easily accessible.
